Downfall of the Pin‑Up crypto empire: fugitive blogger Kaysar Kamza extradited to Kazakhstan for organizing shadow casinos
Blogger Kaysar Kamza appears to be extradited from Vietnam to Kazakhstan. Subscribers of journalist Mikhail Kozachkov sent photos from Cam Ranh airport.
The images show Kamza accompanied by a person who appears to be an employee of the AFM (Agency for Financial Monitoring), reports Orda, citing journalist Kozachkov.
Recall that Kamza was placed on the international wanted list back in January 2026. He gained over two million Instagram followers through trash content and then began making money from illegal advertising.
The blogger promoted online casinos banned in Kazakhstan through a private Telegram channel with an audience of over 400,000 people.
The casino operated under the guise of the foreign bookmaker Pin-Up, which held an official license in Kazakhstan. However, players were redirected to sites featuring roulette and other prohibited games. Kamza advertised this scheme and received large fees for it.
In cryptocurrency alone, authorities found nearly $200,000.
When the scheme was exposed, the blogger left for Southeast Asia. In April, Vietnamese security forces detained him in Cam Ranh at the request of Kazakhstan’s Prosecutor General’s Office.
In May, Kamza recorded a video from Vietnam and stated that he had not been arrested. According to him, his passport was taken by the immigration service, and he was in Nha Trang.
“I wasn’t arrested; they just took my passport at the immigration office. Wish me well,” the blogger said.
In the same case, US citizen Dmitriy Druzhinskiy and Ukrainian national Marina Levkovich have been put on the wanted list. The investigation believes they coordinated the network of online casinos under the brands Pin-Up and PINCO in Kazakhstan.
To disguise the business, they registered the LLP Bonami with a bookmaker’s license, while client funds were funneled through a network of aggregator companies into cryptocurrency and abroad.
According to journalist Kozachkov, the ultimate beneficiaries of the bookmaker and casino are Russian national Dmitry Punin and Ukrainian national Marina Ilyina. They are a married couple living in Cyprus.
